I did not see any Win 11 drivers for your system regarding Audio but the Win 10 ones should work fine, they are on my system and they show as Realtek USB Audio. The external devices use the same drivers, just have a different path for the sound. You do have to go through the process of removing all sound output devices and their drivers from an offline situation so Windows doesn't automatically replace them. Now I haven't done this with Win 11 but you should be able to test with that driver to see if it works. If I have trouble with mine, I will take it back to the basic Windows drivers. This device normally shows up in the System section of Device Manager. There is an Intel Smart Sound driver available on the ASUS driver site, but it normally deals with speech recognition and such.
